[Training Tips]: Help your puppy become familiar with the pad by placing him on the pad several times throughout the day. When the puppy has successfully put the potty on the pad, immediately reward it with vocal praise and a special treat, then replace the used pad with a new one. If your puppy eliminates elsewhere, gently place him back on the pad to encourage him, always using positive (never negative) reinforcement. For best results, secure your puppy to a smaller space to begin with, such as a kitchen or bathroom.

Sizing varies by product, so check the details in the description above. For beds, measure your dog while they're lying in their favorite sleeping position and add a few inches. For harnesses and socks, measure around the widest part of the chest or paw.

Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and in their original packaging.

Personalized items, opened consumables (chews, sprays, grooming products) and opened hygiene items can't be returned.
