Refund policy

Our promise
We want you and your dog to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and in their original packaging.

Because our products ship from different partner warehouses, please email support@seniorsnugglesco.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll send you return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Items that can't be returned
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened consumables, such as chews, treats, sprays and grooming products
- Opened hygiene items, such as diapers, belly bands and pee pads
- Gift cards
These items are only eligible for a replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, including personalized items with a printing error on our side.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll help you place a new order and return the original.

Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped or gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
