Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long will my order take?
Most orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive 3 to 8 business days after shipping. Larger items like beds, strollers and ramps may take a little longer. Personalized items need a few extra days to be made.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box?
Our products ship from different U.S. partners, so if you order several items they may arrive separately. You'll get tracking for each package.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Returns

What's your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please email us before sending anything back. Read the full return policy.

What can't be returned?
Personalized items, opened consumables (like chews and sprays) and opened hygiene items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Choosing the right product

How do I pick the right size bed?
Measure your dog while they're lying in their favorite sleeping position and add a few inches. Check the size details on each product page.

Ramp or stairs?
Stairs work well for smaller dogs who are still steady on their feet. Ramps are usually easier for dogs who have trouble lifting their legs or keeping their balance. Our Slow Walk Journal has a full guide.

Is this product right for my dog's health condition?
Every dog is different. Our products support comfort and everyday living but aren't medical treatments, so please check with your vet for anything health related.

Personalized items

How do I personalize my order?
Click the Personalize button on the product page, then choose your font and color before adding to cart. Please double-check spelling, since each item is made just for you. We'll email you a mockup to approve before anything is printed.
