Size & Fit
Sizing varies by product, so check the details in the description above. For beds, measure your dog while they're lying in their favorite sleeping position and add a few inches. For harnesses and socks, measure around the widest part of the chest or paw.

Shipping
We work with trusted U.S.-based partners. Most orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive 3 to 8 business days after shipping. Larger items like beds, strollers, ramps and car seats may take a little longer.
If you order more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages from different partners. You'll get tracking for each one. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and in their original packaging.
Please email support@seniorsnugglesco.com before sending anything back, since our products ship from different partner warehouses. Arrived damaged or not what you ordered? Let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Personalized items, opened consumables (chews, sprays, grooming products) and opened hygiene items can't be returned.
